These terms explain how Saqel bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds work.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed immediately for card-in-person bookings and after successful authorization for online payments. Bookings are subject to simulator availability.
Payments and refunds
Saqel is cashless. Eligible online cancellation amounts are refunded to the original payment card. Bank processing times may apply.
Training use
Sessions are for laparoscopic simulation practice. Participants must follow facility instructions and use equipment responsibly.
